A high-temperature resistant anti-rust film is produced by using VCI anti-rust masterbatch, combined with other resin materials, adding appropriate anti-aging agents, modifiers, etc., through processes such as mixing, calendering, vacuum thermoforming, etc. It features light weight, heat insulation, heat preservation, moisture-proof, flame retardancy, and simple construction. It can withstand a temperature of up to 200 degrees. It is used as a temporary packaging material in workshops, transparent, heat-sealable, recyclable, and degradable.
This plastic film continuously releases the minimum amount of VCI rust-preventing particles into the air inside the package. The more the temperature rises, the faster the rust-preventing particles adhere to the surface of the packaged object. Even metal surfaces that are not in contact can be protected. It cuts off the contact between water vapor, oxygen and other substances in the air and metal objects, disrupting the corrosion mechanism, thereby achieving the rust prevention effect. The distance between the film and the metal varies depending on the different packaging volume and the allowed time for forming the protective gas layer. Roughly, it is 10-30 centimeters.
